Update: I went back to use this facility again. This time I had a small load of colors, so I thought I'd use the single load washing machine instead of one of the large washers. There are 4 single load washers here. Three of them are "out of order" and the other one was full of sand and dirt, so I had to use the larger washer anyway.

Previously: I washed my clothes here this morning. My first visit. I found the laundromat empty when I arrived. It was fairly clean. There were lots of washers in every size. I choose two of the largest washers and started washing. Other customers tricked in and began washing their clothes. Everyone was quiet and friendly. I never saw an attendant, only other customers. There were plenty of dryers and folding tables. I was able to complete my wash in about 1.5 hours without incident. I'll be back soon.

The Portland Street laundromat was pretty full so we ventured over here. No one was physically there, but many of the dryers had clothes in them, or hanging out of them. The washing machine had green mold under the rubber seal. Very unsanitary! I won't be back.

The washers and dryers work fine and the layout is nice. Only complaint is that it's quarters only and every once in a while, a machine will eat my quarters, run the cycle for less than a minute, and then start over and ask me to put in another three dollars. I do also wish there was a place to plug in a laptop so I can work while I wait, but that's a pretty small issue.

Bear in mind, this was a year or so ago, but the once or twice I was here, the bathroom was up one or two steps so wouldn't be accessible to some, no lock, no light, no toilet paper, I don't even think the door clicked shut. Everything was slimy and grimey. I would do everything I could not to do laundry here because I don't know that it's really getting clean. Gross.

After a positive experience two years ago (a deep cleaning of our newly purchased home), we hired Cleanway Services again when we discovered black mold in our attic that was not properly remediated by a previously hired company. Vincent Servello was very responsive, examined the attic to determine the extent of the issue, and had his team here quickly to resolve the issue. The team was professional and thorough with their work, and our attic looks brand new. Highly recommended Vincent Servello and Cleanway Services!

Our workers were great and gutted the bathroom quickly. But then the company said because a contractor left they could not finish the job. My house now has no bathroom and no water (we had to turn the water off for the remodel). I’m so angry and would warn anyone from going through them, they never even came to pick up the trash/old tub etc. which they were supposed to do. This is the bathroom I am left with, and all the local contractors are booked for the season.

I am pleased with the quick response time and professionalism of the Cleanway team. Once I was able to connect with the local general manager, someone came a few days later to assess the non urgent damage.  Two business days after that the estimate arrived and service was scheduled for six days later.

I  did a walk around my home with Ben to talk about remediation possibilities. He was thorough. He noticed things our inspector missed. He was honest about what was needed and he took the time to answer all of my questions, and gave good advice.

The adjuster was pleasant and down to earth. Answered my questions with professionalism. The cleaning team was very polite and had a positive energy through the whole experience. They did a great job! I would use them again.

The chairs were so filthy I put a plastic bag on the seat.  Mold on the bottom of a wall behind a sink. The whole atmosphere screamed dirty! And it smelled!

Nice laundromat. The place is clean.  They don't use quarters any longer except for the massage chair.  They use cards for everything else.  I like it, it works for me.  You can use your debit card, credit or a rechargeable loyalty card.  I used my debit card and checked the transactions later.  All was good.  Tried the wash, dry & fold service twice now.  Love it.  Staff lady is very friendly and helpful.  I went to her with a big basket of laundry both times and picked my laundry-up 2-3 hours later nice and clean, folded neatly, organized in stretch-wrap bundles then placed back in my laundry basket.  I gave the lady a well-deserved tip and with the price I was happy/satisfied.  I'm never doing laundry again.  Also enjoyed the massage chair, had 20 minutes of stress relief w/occasional moaning, wish I had one of these chairs at home.  TV had enough channels, nice picture, also had a nice remote.  I was washing large items.  My car was parked just outside the door.  I had the place to myself, was all set.  It gets busy here during the day.  I prefer early evenings.

I am not sure what happened to this laundromat in the last year but it stinks, it's dirty, and a lot of broken machines. I lost so much money lately because the coin drawer is so full; you don't know that it's full until you drop 2 or 3 dollars into it and then it just stops taking coins. Huge inconvenience when you already have your clothes loaded and soap put in. But that is not it, both change machines were out of order. A another family and I carpooled to the another laundry room on the other end of town to use their change machine. This WAS such a wonderful place to come do laundry. It's convenient but in very poor condition. I will not come back here until it's cleaned up and taken better care of.

My laundry hasn’t even finished so I’m hoping to keep the 5 stars but I am a travel nurse new to the area and this is my second experience at a laundromat and this experience has completely changed my perspective in a positive way. For reference I went to the Lancaster laundromat and everyone seemed to be rude and there was no space for multiple people to actively be doing laundry at the same time although there were enough machines they’re stacked right on top of each other and my clothes weren’t drying and it was just miserable. This experience has been amazing. Everyone who is here is so friendly and the layout is spread out so even though there are at least 5 of us actively doing laundry I don’t feel rushed or like anyone is in anyone else’s space. The machines here are cheaper but only caveat is they are coin only no card but I will take cash out any day to have such a positive experience and they have a change machine readily available.

Most of the washers have out of order signs on them. The ones that do work are smaller than a household washer and run $500. Dryers cost twice the normal pricing. No bathroom and no sink to rinse out laundry jugs. (Vt requires jugs to be rinsed and recycled)

My sister in law owns this place. No I’m not giving it one star because of her. I’m giving it one star so that I can let her know what’s wrong. I took my $150 goose down comforter and duvet there today along with some other things. The other clothes I washed and dried came out fine and smelled fine. But, when I took the comforter and duvet out of the washer I used it in it stunk so BAD! It smelled 10x worse than when I brought it in. I though maybe it’s just the washers weird smell so I put my comforter and duvet cover in the dryer (which also stunk by the way) and let it dry. When I opened the dryer the smell hit me in the face like a brick! It smelled like a nasty, smelly, moldy old washing machine. I have to bring it to a dry cleaners now so I can get the stink out of it. Please wash your washers and dryers. You have to know they smell.

Very clean laundromat with lots of machines and everything you need. Only issue is that there is NOT a “drop off” option as it states in the window. No one seems to be working there. So don’t expect to drop anything off.
